Cancellation/ Re-bookings

Cancellations

Cancellation will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to a session.

Funds will be refunded less a %10 cancellation fee, if with in 48 hours notice and 20% with in 24 hours notice.

Last minute cancellations will not be accepted unless from justified reasons.

Re-bookings

Re-bookings will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to a session. Rebookings with in 24 hours prior to a session will intail %20 rebooking fee.

Last minute re-bookings will be accepted only from justified reasons.
